The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of all the major attractions in the city. Guests can easily explore the area without feeling like typical tourists. It is conveniently situated near the Teleferico, the Gold Museum, and the bars and restaurants in La Candelaria. the rooms are comfortable and clean, and some even offer amazing views of the city.
The staff at the hotel did not speak much English and had a somewhat unfriendly attitude.

The location was good, with el khalifa shawarma nearby. Located in 20 minutes' drive to the airport. Characterful base for a city break in Bogota.

Great location, amazing breakfast the hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from the major tourist attractions. the breakfast is simply superb, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff is friendly and always ready to help.
Poor Wi-Fi, room needs some maintenance Wi-Fi can be quite frustrating as it works only in certain spots, making it inconvenient to use. the room needs some maintenance as it looks a bit worn out.

Great view and delicious breakfast. Conveniently located near popular attractions and restaurants. Room was clean and staff was welcoming.
Noise level was high and insulation wasn't good. Room temperature was uncomfortable and there was no in-room temperature control.
